Pool music on from 10.30/11am till 5pm. OK for those who like that - we went out instead.

the staff were excellent. The room was a good size. The room over looked the pool .

The dining experience was nosier and more congested than we would normally choose. The food was buffet style so the staff were so busy clearing tables we always ended up having to set our own table. Space was limited around the tables. There were 3 evenings when you could choose to book a la carte. (15 tables only)

The negatives are easy to overcome to then achieve a 10.

Fantastic location and great staff. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms clean.

Evening meal was repetitive and the meat was overcooked/ dry. Regularly there was no tea or coffee in the room. We only had a morning coffee / tea and regularly we had to get more from the reception.

Lovely hotel, enjoyed our stay

Location is great. Staff were great, especially on reception and at the pool bar. Cleaning done everyday.

Food options good but could be hotter. Beds could have been better

Pleasant stay, great for families but it’s not the height of luxury.

Lots of sunbeds, 2 large swimming pools, clean spacious rooms, good food selection. Friendly staff, air-con in bedrooms, shower has good water pressure. Great food selection at meal times.

All inclusive drinks were in small plastic beakers, pool was unheated, hotel evening entertainment could be improved. Some of the bar areas are rundown and could do with being refurbished.

Bed and pillows are quite uncomfortable... the couples bed is basically 2 single together, and the beds kept going apart....so in the middle of the night, we kinda had a hole in between me and my husband During meal times was carnage! I think they did not had much control over things.... Very limited selection of fruit...

Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. staff where welcoming and friendly.

Went half board breakfast was fantastic great variety of hot and cold buffet but the dinner variety could be better but had many dishes to offer. Very central to the shops,restaurants and pubs.

Wi fi signal was poor needs to be looked at for 4 star hotel

Great place to stay

Everything was perfect. The food was very tasty and a lot to choose from.

The swimming pool is not heated and due to weather being not so hot as expected, it was very cold to swim in it.

Wonderful

Firstly, very international: you get to see people from all over Europe and the staff are multi-lingual; speak French, English, Spanish, Italien, German. And they are ever smiling, always happy to help. The room is quite spacious, I must say. The room was promptly cleaned every day without fail, be it you hang the "please clean" sign at morning, noon, or evening. Really liked the quality of service. They provide multitude options of food and are delicious too. They have two very nice pools, and in the mail pool, there are always activities organized: play in the pool, yoga, fitness sessions, etc. We felt that if someone is looking for a relaxed vacation and wishes to stay indoors, then this is one of the perfect places. There is good food. Activities. Pools. Sure, will be a good time spent. And location is very good also for who doesn't rent a car. Close to the bus stop (less than 5min walking) and walking distance to the center of Corralejos (beaches, restaurants, bars, and shoppings).

Only the water was over flowing in the bathroom. The shower area is not completely close, and the floor is a bit instable. What makes the water spread on the floor outside.

Wonderful

The location was superb for everything we wanted to do on holiday and within walking distance to shops and attractions . Rooms were clean and tidy and maids in every day with clean towels and beds made and bins emptied . Friendly staff and excellent entertainment team . Would definitely go back .

Food wasn't to my liking but plenty of options but sometimes repative. Found myself and kids eating alot of the same options most days

Excellent location close to public transport and harbour. Also, very close to the city center and all the bars, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Food quality and choice of alcohol and drinks could ahve been better. Several cockrouches were spoted inside the room and in breakfast restaurand outside areas.

Beautiful hotel with all you might need!

Beautiful and spacious rooms Nice swimming pool area (however the towel reservation & fight for spot starts at early morning) Good breakfast & dinner buffet options (just look understaffed, that caused cues and lack of dishes) Reception staff were amazing, super helpful and kind. Nice and well equipped gym.

Some of restaurant staff were stressed, rude and impolite. Location is quite far from the beach, no shuttle (you can take the public bus). The massage & the spa was very basic, would not recommend. Wifi was very bad, barely working.
